Staff was very kind, though they gave me the wrong room & I had to get a ride at night all the way back to the hotel from My An to move my stuff to another room, they were very confused when checking me in.. there's no description or signs showing that they charge for water from your fridge, the TV didn't work & my room had no window. Again, the staff was very kind & friendly, there's just a lot of room for improvement. If things were up to date it would be a better experience. Cảm ơn
