Best place we've stay at in Hoi An.

This place was amazing. All members of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions that we had. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the Old Town. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pool was so nice and relaxing.

Rooms were decently clean and spacious. We had the family suite which unfortunately was placed very close to the road and there was a lot of traffic noise. Our biggest issue in general was the fact, that everything was just so unkept and messy. Tools, cleaning articles etc everywhere. Open workshop for everyone to see. The hotel has some crazy policies like the fact, that you cannot bring in food and drinks from outside the hotel without paying a fee.

Great location and easy to walk to the center of the action without staying directly in it. The riverwalk across the street was a peaceful walk to the night market and old town. The pool was a nice place to relax, and the bikes were a bonus to use. Ww would stay here again on our next visit.

NIce little Oasis!

Beautiful setting around the hotel grounds. Very spacious room. Location is excellent as directly across from the bridge to the Memories show and numerous restaurants. A nice walk along the river to old town, about 20 minutes.Will stay again next year but for a longer time.

We booked six nights in February 2026, and after reading some of the negative reviews we were considering cancelling the booking. We are really pleased we didn't cancel. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast didn't have lots of choice, but was adequate. We never found a problem to get seated, and it was a pleasant environment overlooking the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and gave a welcoming greeting to us every morning. The pool was clean, and was never crowded when we stayed. There is a choice of restaurants very close by, where we ate every night before the easy walk into the old town. We stayed at four hotels this visit in Vietnam, two of which were five star hotels, but when looking back over, we enjoyed our stay at the Emotion Villa/ Hoi an, the most favourable. Would definitely, and seriously thinking of staying next year.

Great setting it appears part of the complex it’s being renovated ie gym area so not fully functional also bar pool never appeared to be open when we were there. Very spacious rooms and complex very nice. Great location easy walkable to river front, dining and old town. Would definitely recommend

Nice villa and very quiet. Ponds and swimming pools we great. The only complaint is that the AC system in our room was not functioning all the time so we would wake up from the heat a couple times at night. Friends AC in a groud floor room was fine so perhaps it was just our room.
