The rooms were big, spacious and clean. Amazing ocean view. Location is towards the end on My Khe beach but that is not a problem if you rent a bike. Staff was helpful, only there no responses on the queries raised with the hotel before check-in through the online feature.

Hotel is very worn down and the pool was filthy. Room was very loud with other guests banging doors at all hours. The hotel is located quite far from everything you would want to see. The glass was really the worst. Meant you could not see out of the pool or the water front bath, which was the main reason we booked this hotel. Sadly, the worst hotel we booked throughout Vietnam.

This hotel is a little gem. From the beginning of our stay to the end the staff have been fantastic. The hotel is super clean the room realy large. Its really quietly at night so you can get a good sleep Its is right opposite the beach a little out of the main town but a cheap grab ride is about $4 Australian. The pool is a great temperature its clean and looks over the bay. We would not hesitate to stay here again

Grand Gold hotel is good. We had a wonderful view of the beach from our room. Staff were friendly n helpful especially Hana was very helpful. Breakfast was ok, can be much better with more varieties.
