Highly recommend. Great location, friendly English speaking staff and super cute coffee right across the street. Just a few minutes from everything you want to do in Da Nang. Hang and Lam were extra helpful. Oh and the free breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic! Great value. Thanks again!

Very disappointed, booked room with complimentary welcome drink and food and beverage credit. Never got any of them. When I mentioned it to staff, they said complimentary is water in room. That is not welcome drink. I paid for service I never received. Disappointing!!!

My room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast on the rooftop was great, I would have appreciated more fruit. It is a bit far from the beach, but Grab is very cheap. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, I dealt with Hang and Ana quite a bit. There are several options for restaurants and spa on the same block. I recommend this hotel.
