This is a great property to stay at during your holiday in Da Nang. I highly-highly recommend this hotel. The property is very clean with plenty of accommodations. The hotel staff were excellent, especially the front desk staff- Loucy and Ti!

For the price it was a good deal for very spacious ocean view with balcony room. Main concern was the noise since the room faces the lobby entrance main street and my room was on floor next to the pool. Breakfast was ok but not outstanding even though there was a good variety to choose from. Overall we would stay beee again for the price but not as luxurious as the pictures with some wear and tear in the rooms.

Loved our 2 bed apartment with in room bathtub in main. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room. Two ensuites were brilliant, and the air-conditioning.got really cold. Only knock on the room was upright lounge chairs and ripple in windows tint which detracts from the magnificent sea views. Two pools provided a great option if one was too busy. Breakfast was fine but hectic. In a location close to beach and food, but not much shopping. Overall fantastic value accommodation

The hotel was beyond what we expected. Everyone there was so pleasant and it amazes me. The location is perfect, the view from our room was amazing and from the skybar it was even better. The breakfast was great as well, we felt like family

Staff friendly and large breakfast. Looks nice from outside and from pictures but workmanship and upkeep is 3 star. Things like extractor fan not working, bath not working, limescale deposits and dirty grout everywhere. Seems like they missed the finer points of hotel housekeeping. Also, hotel nickel and dimes you, with you having to pay for small things like bath bombs.
Disgusting grout, not cleaned very well. Doubt housekeeping staff even knows what these are.
Limescale deposits — again, housekeeping staff no clue that this needs to be cleaned and this is not standard in 5 star hotel

Nice spacious room. I book a 2 bedrooms suite, it big and very clean with beautiful sea view. The front desk staff were very helpful and honest, they wanted to show me a penthouse and a 2 bedroom suite to compare before I wanted to do the upgrade. The hotel staff allow my son to use the piano for a longer time. Housekeeping staff were very caring gave me more bottle of water and towels. I had the best customer service and support at Cicilia hotel. This hotel should get 5 stars.

Our room was amazing - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view. Buffet breakfast was good, staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was close to the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the Pools were nice.

Generally a good stay. Few small issues but nothing earth shattering. Quite noisy outside at night but not really the fault of the hotel. For the cheap price of this stay one cannot really complain so overall it is recommended.
