hotel hygiene standard and language barrier

is a nice place which located just 1 min walk to seaside ..always can enjoy the seaview .However the hotel and room hygiene condition not as great as seen on posted picture.The floor akways feel dust and sticky and the wardrobe top cover with dust as well as the standard fan cover with dust too..Found cigaratte butt on the floor at my room after check in .The major issue the recep service was sucks and dont know even a simple english and how to communicate with foreigner guests??

공항근처라서 밤비행기 타고 늦게 도착하는 사람에게 있어서 좋은 호텔이라고 생각한다, 사진과는 달리 너무너무 더뤕고, 침대에는 어쥇밤의 뜨거운 흔적, 그 침대위에서 모르는 사람들이 쎾쓰 했다고 생각하니 역겨워서 잠도 안옴. 프런트는 영어가 안되서 시원스쿨에 보내고 싶었음.
