I enjoyed a three week stay at Animor Green, which is in a great location and only steps to the beautiful My Khe beach. Walking distance to all of the restaurants and easily accessible to the attractions in the area. The only downside of my stay was that the toilet and shower clogged up a few times and I was asked to pay an extra fee for the sheets and doona to be washed as my fake tan had rubbed off on the sheets. The area was quiet most nights, with the exception of the restaurant next door until about 10pm at night, clanking dishes however the noise only came into my apartment as I was on the bottom floor. All in all, a great stay at Animor Green.

The best hotel I have stayed so far in Viet Nam. Our room is super comfy and have all the amenities you could wish for! It’s super quiet considering that you have all the restaurants and shops just round the corner. Staff really friendly and helpful. Overall my accommodation were great

Absolutely incredible 4 night stay. The staff were so helpful and kind. The rooms were huge and super clean. The beds were super comfortable. It’s a few minutes walk to my khe beach and all the shops you need. I can’t believe I paid what I paid for this hotel. We will be back!

Very friendly staff. The whole building is clean and new, nice rooms (good size), comfy bed. The green theme with plants and paintings has a nice feel. Easy to get anwhere in the city from here by Grab motorbike, or renting a motorbike from the hotel, and even walking.

Too many things wrong with this place

Despite a low price this place was a disappointment. Cleanliness was a major issue, we could probably have lived with the dirty floors that had clearly not been mopped before our arrival, and the filthy oily windows, but also drinking cups put out for us weren't clean, and most shockingly the microwave was full of mould! This didn't bode well. Although our apartment was nice and large, it was not well thought through. For example, the hot water tank was too small and so not once during the stay did we get a hot shower. Another example is the "kitchenette", the hobs and microwave might have been useful, but no pots and pans were provided rendering them useless. In line with the above, breakfast was pretty shocking and again badly thought through - not only was it served outdoors, but right next to a water feature - so unsurprisingly all the food was covered in flies. This didn't seem to perturb the staff at all. Service was pretty patchy. We were surprised to be turned down by the grumpy night manager when we asked for a second key to the room (important, as the key has to be in the slot not only for the electrics but also the hot water...). We figured we'd ask someone else in the morning... turned out to be hotel policy that you're only allowed one key! Never encountered this in my life. Also, when I reported the faulty (crackling and dripping) air con on arrival the staff just laughed at me. It's also very noisy due to a bar nearby. Go elsewhere.

Hotel has been newly opened since Apr 2018. It is small(no facility) but clean. It is located behind of main road in the My Keh beach. Still walking distance to the beach. Hotel provides Vietnamese food and toast for breakfast. Vietnamese noodles are look like home made breakfast. This hotel is suitable for young tourist who like to enjoy beach activity without spending too much of time in the hotel. Staffs are quite friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I requested extra towels because the pillow was too high and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my request was denied without a reasonable explanation. Instead, I was given a towel cover, which obviously could not be used as a substitute. Even after I calmly explained that the pillow height was causing neck pain, the staff remained uncooperative and dismissive, showing no willingness/hospitality to help. They even looked so annoyed. What concerned me the most was that I noticed signs that my personal bag had been touched and opened during my stay. I told them about this but they didn’t seem to take it seriously. They just said “We will let the cleaners know.” This raised serious concerns about the security and trustworthiness of the hotel. In addition, the shower area had visible mold, and there was a hole in the ceiling filled with plastic bags&stones, there were ants on the counters, which made the overall condition of the room feel neglected and unhygienic. They only give you one room key which you use for all the electricity in your room. Once you leave your room with your room key, your fridge in the room also turns off. It should at least keep supplying power for a fridge…. I would not recommend this hotel to others. There are basic standards of cleanliness, security, and hospitality that every guest deserves — unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet them.
