The room was in not good condition. We left and went somewhere else. However the staff were friendly and in all fairness to them they wanted to move us to another room but their were none available. We found the area busy and loud.

Rooms are not the same as photos, very dated, the walls in our room were in terrible condition, tv didnt work and the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. Only reason I gave it 3 stars was because the staff are really nice.

In fact breakfast was fantastic. It was the most expensive part of my holiday but worth every penny. shuttle bus to the beach at 8.30am . 100% recommended

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff - they were so kind and attentive. Massive double bed was so comfy! Breakfast even had cereal and fresh milk (rarity in vietnam).
