A little luxury

A "little luxury" is the perfect description - a beautiful and charning hotel. Room design and decor really suited our taste. All staff friendly, helpful and attentive - a special thabks to Nancy and Frank - I didn't catch any other names, but the whole team were superb. Book here if you visit Hoi An, you won't be disappointed!

Very comfortable rooms, and the hotel was very close to old quarter. Breakfast and staff were top level. Free bikes was a lovely touch to help get around and explore. Great value.

Only stayed one night but staff was extremely kind and helpful. Room was spacious with a great bathroom and amenities. AC worked well and gym was adequate if dated. Balcony view was over pool but not a particularly beautiful view, however the hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk into town with coffee and convenience store close by. Great stay and would stay again

A Memorable Stay in Hoi An

Staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Min, the Guest Relations Officer, stood out with her warm smile and attentiveness—she ensured everything was tailored to our preferences and gave us plenty of great recommendations for things to do and see around Hoi An, which really enhanced our experience. She also prepared a delightful surprise for my friend’s birthday, decorating the bed with flowers and “A Happy Birthday”and a small cake. The hotel is well located, just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, and has all the amenities we needed. The décor is charming, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent service and a great location.

Property was cute, rooms were clean. However, we couldn’t get more than one family room on the same floor, which made it inconvenient, especially due to a sick family member that requires attention. Going between floors is not ideal to check on family member. Alternative would be to opt for smaller rooms to stay on same floor. Rooms are not large enough to go for a smaller room. On the upside, staff is very friendly and helpful. Walkable distance to maybe shops and points of interest, though the weather/temperature can still be a hindrance despite the short walk—some days can be very hot and humid.

We had a lovely stay at the Allegro Hotel in Hoi An. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms and a charming pool area lit up with lanterns in the evening. It really adds to the atmosphere. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the old town and close to other popular areas. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the spa and restaurant teams. The restaurant had a great variety of dishes. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered plenty of choice, and the afternoon tea was a really nice touch. We visited the spa several times during our stay and had amazing treatments each time. I would definitely recommend making the most of it. The hotel also provides shuttle buses to the beach, which was really convenient. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

We had a lovely stay at Allegro Hotel in Hoi An. The hotel was spotlessly clean – with excellent facilities and truly welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. Despite the torrential rain during our visit, the hotel felt like a peaceful retreat – cozy, calm, and beautifully maintained. The on-site spa was a highlight – relaxing and professional, a perfect way to unwind while waiting out the weather. Plus, the location is ideal – just a short walk to the Old Town. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hoi An, rain or shine.
