Overall, my stay was disappointing. The room was extremely dark and could definitely use better lighting. Unfortunately, I also found a cockroach in the room, which was unacceptable. The location is another major drawback. It's quite far from the city, and after 5:00 PM it was very difficult to book a Grab. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend this property for families with young children. Breakfast was decent but nothing memorable or special. Also, don't be misled by the promotional photos. The reality doesn't match the pictures, much like many heavily edited café photos you see online. We had the same experience visiting Suối Mơ River and the Bali Coffee spot—the actual places looked nothing like the advertised images, making the visit very disappointing.

There was no street light going to the hotel in the evening too dangerous for taxi driver and customers. Hotel to old bathroom and shower there was mold , not enough hot water water, pressure toi weak . Way to loud music , , the carpet in the room to old , smelly, the bathroom and room has a disgusting drainage smell . Not coming back to this hotel . Not recommended to anyone looking for a relax , peace , quiet , and clean hotel to get away for vacation.

The property needs to update the inside. Screen windows were falling apart, the wood floor came off. We asked for a knife, and was told to make a deposit. I thought that was the most silly thing ever. I would never came back to this property nor recommend anyone.

Worst 4 star hotel experience in my life

정말 비추. 방에 도마뱀 다니고 귀뚜라미 소리 들려요. 방음 0이라 옆방 애들 소리지르는거, 커플이 뜨밤 보내는 소리까지 전부 들립니다. 식당에서 시킨 해물 볶음밥에서 돌씹히고 시키지도 않은 음식 돈 내라고 해요. 딴에는 시내가는 셔틀 있다는데 시내서 한참 떨어진 주유소앞에 내려줘요. 야시장 걸어서 15분 걸립니다. 조식에서 먹을건 오믈렛뿐. 웬만해선 저도 제 시간들여 안 좋은 리뷰 2개국어로 정성들여 남기지 않습니다. 달랏 여행 3박 계획했다가 여기서 첫번째 1박후 바로 나트랑 돌아가는 리무진 티켓 예약했어요. 달랏 오실거면 다른데 가세요. I can only give this place ZERO star as it didn't meet my expectations. First room was near to the elevator and entryway to the hallway so it was very noisy with banging doors/guests making noise/elevator movements. When we requested to change room it took a very long time. Unfortunately the room we were transferred to was next to a very loud group of Koreans who were drinking heavily, shouting and screaming until 12:30am when two of them proceeded to have 5 minutes of loud 'lovemaking' where the lady shouted 'it hurts' a lot in Korean. So the noise pollution wasn't great. The soundproofing could have been better. The restaurant is not reasonably priced considering I not only hurt myself eating fried rice by biting into a seashell which shouldn't have been there. And when I proceeded to pay, they tried to make us pay for the food we didnt even order. Only afterI asked, they lazily changed the bill but it was enough to ruin the mood. The shuttle service the hotel provides drops you off at a gas/petrol station far from the main lake, I think there are better locations to be dropped off at. I found a gecko crawling around in our room in the morning and heard a cricket at night.

Absolutely not worth the price tag. Disgusting experience to be honest. I must say staff has nothing to do with it. It’s the hotel itself. We booked a classic lake view room which costed extra. Turns out it’s not in the main building like we would expect (this was not disclosed at a time of the booking). Room is dated. Small. Far from being the cleanest. Soundproofing- Zero!!! I mean zero. I hear people taking in the next room as I write this. Doors are slamming. It’s crazy. Impossible to sleep. Now the best part. I asked at the reception - “Where is the control for heat in the room” (as it’s 13 degrees Celsius tonight and it’s pretty cold in a room). The answer I got was - “our hotel doesn’t have AC and Heat” only fans are in the rooms. If you are cold- close the windows” I said- “I already have. And it’s cold. Can you give me a heater” I was answered- “NO. We can give you the second blanket”. This left me speechless. This should not exist. Not a a price they charge. This should be advertised with big red lettering. Absence of climate control in a hotel is absolutely unforgivable…. Close windows and get a second blanket… really? Never never again will I stay at any hotel of this brand. Not in this one for sure. And I wouldn’t recommend staying here of course to anyone. I continue having the worst experience with noises from all around this little building they call villa (where this room is located). It’ll be a long night for sure… False advertisement.

부모님, 아이와 함께 갔다가 대부분이 생병을 얻어왔어요. 일단 난방/히터 전혀 없어 밤이면 저온다습을 체험할 수 있답니다. 2일 숙박하고 나니 가렵고 마른 기침이 끝나질 않네요. 부페식 아침식사는 무료인데 야외 테라스에서 먹으면 비둘기들이랑 같이 먹을 수 있어요. 수도는 온수가 고장인데 프론트에 얘기하니 고쳐주긴 했지만 매우 불편했고, 수영장은 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 화장실에서 옷 갈아입어야 해요. 수건도 없습니다. 간단한 영어라도 가능한 직원 2명정도 있어요. 그 사람들 없으면 전부 어플키고 대화해야 해요. 키즈클럽이라고 된 놀이방은 좀 큰 갈비집에 딸린 수준이에요. 밤에 공기라도 좋겠지 했는데 공기도 별로에요.

외곽지역에 위치하여 교통은 조금 불편했지만, 좋은공기와 넓은 객실, 주변경치가 너무 좋아요. 중심가여서 교통은 Grab이용
