We have stayed at several 5 star properties in DaLat, and this is our new favorite! Everything top notch from the moment we arrived. Great location, staff and amenities and wonderful breakfast. The head chef, (Andrew?), does a great job with food preparation and presentation! The overall property is excellent in all details! Close to lake, Yersin Park, shopping and FRIENDLY, accommodating staff!

We liked the staff, they were lovely and helpful, especially in restaurant. The breakfast was good and we really enjoyed eating it in the pretty courtyard. The location was good for us, near the lake but walking distance to the night markets. Our room was nicely done, we didn't have a balcony room but that didn't matter to us, as less street noise. Beds were comfortable. We would go back.

The hotel appears to be new. Everything is in very good condition. The room is comfortable and well appointed. The fitness center and pool are very large. The breakfast has a great assortment of asian and western foods. Each day they placed a roasted leg of lamb. Also, the staff were extremely helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Awesome new renovated hotel, definitely a 5 star for cleanliness with complete amenities , excellent staff ( Dusit , dining room manager very courteous and helpful ). Excellent cuisine from chef Otis. Lots of variety for breakfast . My wife and I also tried supper there. Food prepared with fresh ingredients and very tasty also. Great location and room rate; close to the Da Lat night market and in-town restaurants . Short walking distance. Would come back without hesitation. Everything was great. We stayed at the Grand suite. My only suggestion or wish that would improve my experience is that the bed is too hard for me. I have previous injuries, so it affected my sleep a bit. Other than that staff and cleanliness and amenities were great

They first try to give me another room I didn’t booked the old side too dip for me.. but the fixed it and gave us the other side with brighter room
