We have stayed at several 5 star properties in DaLat, and this is our new favorite! Everything top notch from the moment we arrived. Great location, staff and amenities and wonderful breakfast. The head chef, (Andrew?), does a great job with food preparation and presentation! The overall property is excellent in all details! Close to lake, Yersin Park, shopping and FRIENDLY, accommodating staff!

Awesome new renovated hotel, definitely a 5 star for cleanliness with complete amenities , excellent staff ( Dusit , dining room manager very courteous and helpful ). Excellent cuisine from chef Otis. Lots of variety for breakfast . My wife and I also tried supper there. Food prepared with fresh ingredients and very tasty also. Great location and room rate; close to the Da Lat night market and in-town restaurants . Short walking distance. Would come back without hesitation. Nice hotel in Da Lat

The hotel is very good and the breakfast is delicious. However, the air condition was not working for a while. After we found it was not working, we reported to the hotel. It took 3 people and 30 minutes to fix the problem. In addition, the gym and pool were still in progress and not ready yet.
