I don’t have enough praise for the staff, from the front desk, Tam’i and Betty, to the housekeeping staff. They were friendly, helpful and respectful and responsive to our needs. The room was excellent, lots of room that included a couch. The bathroom was roomy and clean. I only have positive feedback, the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 18 days in Peru.

All of the people on staff were so incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were exceptionally clean, the included breakfast was wonderful, the free airport shuttle was such a great perk. The only downside is the AC was not working in either of our rooms. The air would blow, but never got cold. The temperature never got below 24C/78F. Also, the walk to the main square (Plaza de Armas) was uphill about 10 blocks, so not as convenient as we had hoped.

The room was great, spotless, and the staff more then helpfull at all times. Breakfast was great, and we really enjoyed our 9 nights stay here. The hotel is located in the historic district and in walkable distance to the Plaza de Armas and San Pedro Market.

Hotel was nice and it was in a good location. The only thing that was annoying is they offer early "breakfast" at 3am which is just really, bread, cereal and yogurt. The actually breakfast doesnt start untill 5am. Then to top it off they gave me attitude about wrapping up an egg sandwich to go, as if I didnt pay for my breakfast service.psh.
