The room itself was nice enough basic 4 beds clean bathroom was fine I gave it 3 stars because it’s the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed in in my life. There are people screaming outside the window all morning starting at 5am trying to get passengers into their vans. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are a very very heavy sleeper which i am not.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations. From the very first moment, we received excellent service from the staff, who were always attentive and willing to help. The facilities are modern, clean, and very well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and made with high-quality products. Without a doubt, it is a place we would return to and highly recommend.

It was a relatively small hotel. The staff was always welcoming and friendly. The breakfast wasn't bountiful but it was a good start to the day. Bread, fruit, eggs made to order, fresh orange juice coffee and tea. The room felt a little small and since there is no heater it was a little bit chilly. The beds have about four blankets on them. But then you're hot and you get cold and hot again. The shower had good water pressure but took 30 seconds to a minute to get hot. When you come out you are very cold. The location was about 10 to 12 minutes walking from the main square. Also this location is right outside where the Vans are to take you to Ollaytaytambo. It's convenient if you need to take one but annoying because every time you walk outside they're asking if you need a ride.

El personal necesita capacitación, la habitación está muy precaria, los muebles muy viejos, poco funcionales, el piso truena todo el tiempo, se nota que la alfombra la pusieron para esconder las deficiencias del mismo. La habitación muy fría, no tiene aire acondicionado ni calefacción y si hubiera el personal no está atento para ofrecértelo.
