Overall, it's a good hotel. Customer service is on the subpar side. Don't get a room facing the street, it's noisy.

I loved that I didn’t need our white noise machine to fall asleep because you could hear the River that runs through the city. Some might not like that but we loved it. Our windows opened right up to it. The hotel has a laundry service that was so convenient for us. There is a yummy restaurant downstairs , we had an olive pizza every night. It was a little musky in the room due to being right by the water, but other than that and a little dirt, it was perfect.

Si vas en plan familiar , o vas con niños , no es recomendable , sus camas son demaciado duras , parece más un hostal , que un hotel de la cadena casa andina, lo único que uno busca es descansar bien después de los tours , y aquí no encontráis una cama cómoda.
