When checking in after 4:30pm my room was not ready. I was told I could wait or take a down graded room. Not an upgraded room. So I had to settle for a room that was terrible. Not sure how it’s my fault they don’t have enough capable staff to get the rooms ready by 3pm check in. I should have been upgraded not downgraded. But the guy at the front desk was very unprofessional. I felt racially profiled and stereotyped which is why I was probably downgraded.

My check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 4:45pm and the room wasn’t ready yet because they let the previous guest have a late check out at 4pm. I needed to have my room ready as I was attending a show. I was downgraded from the suite to a regular room. That was not ok. My room should have been ready.
