I would stay again.

This is the quietest hotel we have stayed at in a very long time. Also the best breakfast. Real eggs! Lots of variety. It is an older property with upgrades that are nice touches. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean but had an overwhelming smell of something trying to cover up cigarette smoke odor. Staff was helpful and treated in our comments about the room.

I liked the mountain resort vibe. I also liked that a bar and restaurant were on site. Many Best Westerns don’t offer this extra amenity. The breakfast was very good. The description on line said continental breakfast but it was a full hot breakfast.

Only a room, nothing more

The room was moderately clean. There was gum left on the wall, but the sheets were clean. The staff was wonderful. The gym floor was dirty, had no towels or water, and the bathrooms off the gym had no soap. The pool was out of order. Room cleaning had to be requested (so we missed out). This looks like it used to be a beautiful property and could be nice again if the bathrooms were renovated and main hall carpet replaced. They even used to have a sauna and tanning bed, which were out of order. But the staff was extremely nice and responsive.

We stayed here to go to the Rocky Gap Casino, it was about 15 minute drive. It was a nice property rooms looked recently updated, hallways outdated. Staff wax very friendly. Convenient to restaurants and highways

We only stayed one night. When we got to our room, the carbon monoxide detector was beeping like it needed a new battery. I called the front desk and the girl came right down and got the detector off the wall. I thought the battery would be replaced and the detector would be hung back up that did not happen. Once it was removed, that was it. We were able to sleep so problem solved I guess!
