The staff was friendly and even helped us work out ironing board. When we forest got in there was a very strong smell that s seemed to be masked with cleaner. I’m pretty sure it was because the shower floods the carpet no matter how cared you are.

Checked into room got in and room was not what I had reserved. Rude front desk They told me someone switched my room with a cheaper one and saved me 40 dollars I stated that’s not what I reserved or paid for she stated a big tour group came in and took the 2 bedroom I said that’s unacceptable and they switched it from someone else’s room so they got screwed too Pool has not been in operation since October and isn’t going to be fixed anytime soon hotel needs a full remodel is stuck in the 70s beds are terrible pillows terrible trash lined up in bags down hallway breakfast was good no elevator and outside doors are always unlocked hallways are really hot and smell moldy even in middle of night will not stay again
