The hotel is fine for a few days max. It is a little bit away from the center of Cuetzalan, walking back is tough because it is all uphill. The pillows and mattresses could use an upgrade, but overall it was a pleasant stay

The staff was great. The room was nice enough for the price. The owner wae amazing and offered us a room.change closer to the front desk due to my uncle having a knee injury. Whats a great guy. If you have mobility issues this place(actually this town) willl be tough due to the way it is designed. The office is down a few stairs, the its the restaurant and the rooms are further down. The location is a good 10 minute downhill walk to the center of town. The town is beautiful and charming. Overall, geeat experience and will visit again.

Toda la propiedad estaba bien, muy rústico me encanto,solo que esta a 20 minutos la plaza principal y esta de bajada,lo malo fue la subida yo no tengo condición física cada vez que iba a la plaza tomaba un taxi de regreso te cobran 60 pesos así que me cambie de hotel mas cerca de la plaza.

Muy limpia las habitaciones.en general el lugar está muy bonito la habitación que nos toco teníamos execelente vista panorámica hacia la iglesia de los jarritos.agua caliente para la ducha sin tema. Podría estar más variado el menú del desayuno y la comida pero lo que si sirven esta muy sabroso el café y el pan muy rico.
