El establecimiento esta muy bonito y en general las instalaciones muy bien no tiene AC pero en este mes no se requiere, en general solo requiere un poco mas de mantenimiento como seria en puertas y ventanas, pero muy agradable, sin ruido y cómodo.

Excelente servicio y atención, el lugar es muy bonito. Nos hubiera gustado que la temperatura de la alberca fuera un poco más cálida, ya que viajamos con niños pequeños. Un lugar que definitivamente recomiendo para descansar y pasar un buen rato en familia

Esta bien el lugar solo que encontramos caquitas de ratón dentro del coste donde tienen una frazada o cobija... por ende pues no usamos la cobija... no había servicio de alimentos pero nos dejaron pedir para que nos lo llevaran

El personal es muy amable y el lugar está muy cuidado. En caso de no aceptar niños, lo deben decir porque no pueden decirle a un niño que guarde silencio, los niños son niños, en fin. También me sentí algo incómoda porque me sentí muy vigilada de todo, eso es molesto. Lo recomendaría para huéspedes de 70 años en adelante.

Hotel desagradable en Cuernavaca

Llegas cansado del viaje y te encuentras un ogro enojado en recepción porque pagaste por internet y le descuentan 30 % de comisiones. Te recibe groseramente te cobra por cada minuto antes de checar y te pasa a una habitación sucia y sin servicios que para bañarte tienes que pedir que te calienten el agua. Lamentablemente no puedes dejar el hotel porque ya está pagado
