Magic Place!

I had the opportunity to discover this place by going to a wedding that I was invited to and I was lucky to find lodging right there. It is a place to disconnect, the gardens are beautiful, an incredible peace exudes, the hotel is very good and the restaurant's cuisine is wonderful. It is a place to rest, sleep, read, meditate and not get out of there.

La alberca está muy fría, cuando el hotel anuncia que está climatizada, vinimos solo por la alberca y no pudimos nadar (dijeron que lo habían arreglado pero la alberca seguía helada). El servicio es bueno pero la administración es descuidada y muchas áreas dentro del hotel están muy descuidadas como el mariposario, el área de juegos de niños, porterías en el jardín y los camastros de la alberca. Había también un gato en la alberca y el área de la alberca olía a pipi.

Realmente todo el servicio lleno mis expectativas. El precio es adecuado por lo que recibes, en servicio de recepción muy atentos, me entregaron antes de tiempo la habitación. El servicio a la habitación bastante rápido y la comida rica. Las instalaciones bonitas desde la habitación hasta la alberca y los jardines.

La habitación excelente, el personal muy atento desayuno y toda la comida muy buena el 1 día , el 2 día, se ve cambiaron de cocinero y tuvimos quejas,la alberca se supone es climatizada entonces como era lunes pues no prendieron la caldera hasta que se nos ocurrió reclamar, entiendo si no hay huéspedes lo hagan pero estábamos nosotros, y que nos dejen sin cena ni nadie en el rest que cocine pues deberían de advertir, fuera de esos detalles todo muy bien!
