The staff was very cain and professional! The gardens are amaizing! However, the food didn't quite live up to our expectations, and the bathroom door in our room was faulty. Nevertheless, we will definitely return and recommend it to our family.

En general bien pero no maravilloso, lo peor de todo fue que el 1 de enero cortaron el servicio de restaurante a las 5 de la tarde, no tuvimos en donde cenar y apagaron las luces de todo el jardín, realmente no teníamos otra opción más que meternos al cuarto a ver la televisión, considero que en esas fechas, cuando el hotel está lleno, no deben de quitar el servicio aunque sea 1 de Enero, si me hubieran dicho eso pues no voy . La cena de fin de año muy cara para lo que sirvieron, la verdad es que no lo recomendaría .

No hay recepcionista cuando llegamos, nos comentaron que hasta las 3. Cuartos con larvas en cabecera y colchones con pequeñas cucarachas en el baño. El mesero atendió nuestra inconformidad después de quejarnos 4 veces en recepción con otro Mesero (estaba la administradora y gerente afuera sentadas en el jardín charlando); el mismo mesero nos cambió de cuarto donde encontramos cucarachas grandes arriba del mueble y en el piso. No comentaron que fumigaron el lunes, para el viernes en la tarde/noche no habían hecho limpieza de la fumigación de los cuartos desocupados. ¿Entonces porque el Check-in es hasta las 3? Nos fuimos del hotel, "habló" con nosotros, la gerente y la administradora, en un tono que no les importaba mucho que nos fuéramos, "se disculparon". Es lamentable, porque hubo muchos pretextos y no una disculpa real; siempre los hoteles en Cuernavaca estarán llenos, asumo que un cliente más o menos no es relevante. En estas situaciones es cuando se ve si la administración en realidad sabe llevar un hotel o no. Pagamos menos con Expedia, creo que por esto el servicio del hotel no es bueno o fuimos ignoradas. Piden identificación oficial. Bueno: los gatos que tenían y el único mesero que SI nos apoyó dentro de lo que pudo. Recomendación: Revisen muy bien sus cuartos, sobre todo si se los dan cerca de la cocina; revisar las cabeceras que son como agujeradas.

Increíble hotel boutique

Habitación muy cómoda, baño impecable (desearía hubiese acondicionador), el aire acondicionado en algún momento aventó hielo y la tapa de la botella de agua estaba sucia. El Restaurant increíble la comida excelente y las áreas verdes muy padres.
