It was a pleasure staying at Laam for the second time. I enjoyed the morning coffee and cookies. The staff creates a welcoming atmosphere and made me feel right at home; they were always friendly and smiling. The pool water is kept at a pleasant temperature, and I enjoyed taking a refreshing dip every afternoon during my stay. Plus, the water is crystal clear, and the area is kept clean and safe. It was a wonderful surprise to learn from a tour guide that this place was once the home of the famous artist Yolanda Montes ("Tongolele") during the 1950s and 60s. I will be back soon, because you can't take in all the beauty of Cuernavaca in just a few visits.

Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, aunque se escucha algo fuerte el teléfono de la recepción, incluso en las madrugadas, pero en general el hotel es muy agradable. El personal es muy amable. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo.
