The dirt is the least of it. They tried to break into my car in the hotel parking lot. They couldn't get in but damaged the lock. The hotel says it's not responsible. Zero empathy, too.

El estacionamiento es pequeño, pero hay valet parking del hotel, no hay problema. El personal muy amable, fueron incluso a pedirle a un oficial de tránsito que nos dejara pasar porque habían cerrado la calle por un desfile, sentimos mucho apoyo y empatía por todos los trabajadores, las señoritas de recepción excelentes y muy profesionales, así como el personal de comedor y vigilancia. El aire acondicionado funcional. Fue una estancia magnifica.

Siempre es excelente la estancia, pero nunca me había tocado ir en puente y estar en el hotel lleno. Muchos adolescentes sin control en la alberca y les hacía falta personal en la alberca para poder llevar bebidas y alimentos. Por lo demás todo muy bien.
