Guest Access:
Guests enjoy a private entrance, dedicated driveway parking, and exclusive access to one side of this duplex, including the fully fenced backyard. You'll have access to all guest areas during your stay, with the exception of a small locked owner's closet used for supplies and maintenance items.

Located on a quiet residential street just minutes from the heart of Crystal River, you'll enjoy easy access to everything the area has to offer. Downtown Crystal River, local restaurants, waterfront dining, manatee tours, and Three Sisters Springs are all within a 10-minute drive. Winn-Dixie is less than 5 minutes away, while Publix and Walmart are about 15 minutes away for all your grocery and shopping needs.
Getting Around:
Private driveway parking is included for your stay. While bringing bikes can be a fun way to explore the neighborhood, a car is the easiest way to access Crystal River's top attractions, including Three Sisters Springs, Kings Bay, local restaurants, marinas, and shopping. Public boat launches are just minutes away, making it easy to get on the water for fishing, scalloping, kayaking, or manatee tours.

**Pet-Friendly Stay**
Well-behaved pets are welcome! A $100 pet fee per stay helps cover the additional cleaning required between guests. For the comfort of future guests, pets must be crated when left unattended and are not permitted on beds or upholstered furniture.
