Guests receive guest passes granting access to community amenities including pools, walking trails, lakes, and golf, subject to FFGCC rules. Offering a refined and relaxing TN escape. The space-TriStar Serenity offers a comfortable, multi-level layout with thoughtfully arranged living and sleeping areas, designed to provide both shared gathering space and private retreats. Living Areas-The condo features two separate living areas, allowing guests to spread out and relax. The main living space includes comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, large windows that provide lake views and natural light. A secondary sitting area offers additional seating and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for reading, watching TV, or quiet conversation. Kitchen & Dining-The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar for casual meals. It opens to the living area, creating an easy flow for cooking, dining, and gathering. A dining table provides space for shared meals or game nights. Other things to note Fairfield Glade Guest Passes Guest passes are required for access to Fairfield Glade amenities such as pools, golf courses, and the fitness center. • Please provide the first and last name and email address of each adult guest who would like a pass. • Passes are not required for children. • Send this information to me through message system at least 24 hours before check-in so your passes can be arranged in advance. • Your passes will be sent directly to your email and are valid for 7 days. • If you’re staying longer, please let me know one day before expiration to extend your access to amenities.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Turn off lights and set thermostat to 76 when air conditioner is on and 65 when heat is on. Lock up, Door should lock automatically when closed, but make sure it is locked before you leave.

Dishes: Load any used dishes into the dishwasher and start it before you leave. Bed Linens: Please strip all used bedding, and place in front of washing machine.

Loved staying here, it was posh, serene and clean! A few quirks with the instructions on the keyless entry and WiFi password but the host responded immediately and remedied. I used it as a retreat while there for work, but this space has the opportunity to host an array of gatherings. Will definitely be booking again.
