Although called a lakeside resort, this is more like a motel and there is no access or view of the lake if you are mountainside. You need to leave the property after a short walk to get any view of the lake. The furniture in the rooms is old and worn. The curtains, walls, and appliances are all dirty. I was placed in a room with a filthy bed. I was changed rooms to one with a clean but everything else was still dirty. This place is not worth the cost.

Due to road closure and a detour I was over an hour past check in. Was able to contact the front desk via an emergency number and they got me a room key. Customer service was great.

Feels like you live in a room in a townhouse, not a hotel. Located in a harbor of a lake. Rooms are good, we can see the lake from the window and in the patio. Parking is easy. Close to a small town to get supply if you are driving.

We had an enjoyable stay at the resort. The room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable. There’s a kitchen with everything you need. The view from our balcony was amazing. Highly recommended

The biggest issue was no WiFi. We called and was told they works on it, but we had nothing. We couldn’t plan our next day trip. The dryer didn’t work and that was one of the selling points for this location. The shower head cord connection was broken and the floor was always flooded. There were bugs (dead luckily) in the bathroom and it was our fault for not confirming but for those with mobility issues make sure you don’t get assigned to a C room. The stairs were steep and so difficult to get our luggage up to the room. We checked in after hours and they were awesome to send us info on how to get our keys, but we had no idea where to park or if we can use the garage or what. Now with all that said. The view of the lake was beautiful and the room was clean sans the bathroom bugs. If they can get their wifi working (whe we mentioned it at check out she was not surprised and was just like ya sometimes we just don’t get any wifi. So they know.
