The Space:

The holiday home is sunny and spacious, designed with modern open-plan living. It features 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The living area promotes good inside-out flow, making it ideal for family holidays. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. There's a large double internal garage which incudes a fully equipped laundry and plenty of off-street parking.

This house is fully fenced with lots of space for the the kids to play.

The 3-bedroom home is very centrally and conveniently located for accessing everything Central Otago has to offer. It is only 45 minutes drive from the Queenstown Airport. The Cromwell Mall and the Heritage Precinct and the lake are both 3 minutes drive.

Wanaka is a 40 minute drive.
