In the shower the water went from hot to cold all the time. We were there 3 nights. Hose was also leaki g in the shower Bathroom fan doesnt work. Not an adequate towel rail available. Needs to have 2 suit case racks. Other hotel doors were very loud when other guest went to shut their main door.

The staff were friendly but the room is dated with worn carpets & paint and the lighting is harsh. The toiletries were very minimal. Everything however was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars was because, despite each room having its own Wi-Fi connection, all the Wi-Fi passwords of the rooms were the same. This enabled another guest to hack into my laptop, & send a scam to all of my email contacts, resulting in a massive hassle the following day which caused truckloads of sh#t to hit many fans. I was not happy & it resulted in my wife & I not having the time to see many of the sights in Cromwell, as it took so long to sort the issue out. It effectively wrecked out Cromwell experience

Map of how to get too room is confusing, old manual keys to get in to Hallways then doors all the way down the long hallways to find room. Rooms noisy, could hear other doors being slammed closed quite often. The place seems to be in need of a refurb. I asked where the laundry was, and lady said oh sorry we don’t have laundry any more, so I said well you need to update your ad because we planned our trip around needing to do Laundry at this place, and I see they still haven’t updated their ad. The Pub/Bar restaurant was fantastic!

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant attached to it and good food. Very quiet at night time and the rooms are as new. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and super friendly. We missed our flight and they made sure we are still looked after. What else can you say? Thank you to hotel staff and management!
