The apartment with sea views located in the famous district of Crikvenica - name Crni Molo. It is only 60 meters from the pebble beach and 150 meters from the sandy beach. Here you will surely spend a great and unforgettable holiday.
A small shop is located opposite the villa where you will find everything for your daily use. In addition, is still a cafe / restaurant. If you run along the promenade you will find of course a variety of restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, bakeries and shops.
The apartment is on the first floor. It is 55 m "in size, has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds as can easily be adjusted together), bathroom, living room, kitchen, terrace and a hallway with cloakroom. The bedrooms are separated from the living room and hallway separated by doors, noise prevention and privacy. In the living room there is a sofa bed.
The apartment is for a maximum of 6 people. Air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, kitchen, cutlery and crockery, kettle, Kühlrschrank and free WI-FI are available. The bedding is cleaned and disinfected.

Schöne Wohnung
An der Villa angekommen, war niemand vor Ort, wir haben dann angerufen und mussten nochmal ein Stückchen mit dem Auto fahren, um den Schlüssel zu erhalten. Das war allerdings komplikationslos und ein sehr netter Kontakt. Schön wär gewesen, wenn man einen Stadtplan/
Lageplan erhalten hätte, damit man sich gleich anfangs besser zurechtfindet und vielleicht auch eine Info über die Bahn Felix oder den CityBus erhalten hätte. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, etwas größere Gläser wären toll, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt, hier hätten wir uns ein paar Sonnenschirme gewünscht. Das kleine Lädchen gegenüber ist toll, da bekommt man alles was man braucht für ein leckeres Frühstück.
Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub 👍🌞☀️
Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt.Die Besitzerin sehr freundlich!Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, alles was man braucht, Geschäfte, Bäckerei Restaurants und Bars alles war in der Nähe!Also nur zu empfehlen!

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Insel Krk
Meer und Strand sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Apartment sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein großer Balkon lässt viele Möglichkeiten offen, wir haben ihn zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen genutzt. Pool und kleiner Whirlpool direkt am Haus. Einzige Minuspunkte: Rückweg vom Meer etwas anstrengend wegen dem Höhenunterschied. Gartengrill war leider nicht nutzbar.
