This lovingly furnished holiday home with a private jacuzzi for up to 6 people is situated in a quiet location in the suburb of Dramalj in Crikvenica.
The house consists of 2 floors, a very nice outdoor area and a closed car park. The ground floor consists of a large living room that can comfortably accommodate everyone, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom. The living room has a large seating area, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with satellite TV. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an approx. 7 m² balcony with table and chairs. The air conditioning is located in the hallway. Two of the three bedrooms have a safe. The outdoor area consists of two terraces with seating for everyone, a covered barbecue area and a wonderful hot tub, which is only available to guests of this holiday home.
