This hotel was perfect for our 5 days ski trip, and exactly what we needed. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The ski shuttle to the main lift station was reliable and convenient, and on-site ski storage made things easy. Quiet yet convenient location, plus a nice balcony for relaxing. Breakfast had a good variety with friendly service. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Great staff with great hotel facilities Breakfast was good the cappuccino’s are lovely. Evening meal was lovely and even got 10% discount because we were residents. Nice place for a ski vacation

First time visiting Crans-Montana and we were not disappointed - the hotel was a little older but extremely well maintained and very cozy. The staff were so friendly and the restaurant onsite had an amazing fondue offering. They have a drop off and pick up ski service that made it super easy to get on the mountain as well. We'd like to come back in the summer and will definitely consider staying here again.

Kun en overnatting og benyttet ikke andre fasiliteter enn å spise frokost. Wifi var elendig og i i Sveits hvor tele/datatilgang er dyrt sammenlignet med ellers i Europa var dette et irritasjonsmoment. Rommet var rent og av bra standard.
