The apartment features a large, bright living area that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with a sitting area, a sofa bed, a dining table, and access to the balcony. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor table and an electric grill. The apartment also has a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

There are no additional fees to expect other than the tourist tax, which must be paid after the reservation is finalized. The tourist tax, collected by Swiss municipalities, applies to all stays within Switzerland. It helps fund the cultural, tourist, and sports facilities that enhance your stay.

The accommodations are located in a building in the center of the resort, between Lake Ycoor and Lake Grenon. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Please note that the parking garage has a height restriction; please exercise caution if you are driving a van.

Unfortunately, the glass-ceramic cooktop and the oven are currently out of order. We are actively working to repair them. In the meantime, a portable cooktop and a microwave are available for your use. Thank you for your understanding.
