Tollgate Farm Kent — a private 9-bedroom retreat across three handsome buildings (The New Farmhouse, The Stables, Millie's Hut) deep in the Weald of Kent. Sleeps up to 24 with 6 bathrooms (4 en-suite). Open-plan social spaces, dedicated quiet corners, fast guest Wi-Fi, two wood-fired hot tubs, fire pit, BBQ and parking for up to 10 cars. Whole-site exclusivity for group retreats, company away days, milestone celebrations and large family get-togethers. Plenty of room to gather, focus or quietly slip away.

Your property: Set within the Weald of Kent, our family-run farm offers exclusive use of the entire site — The New Farmhouse (gas central heating plus wood burner), The Stables (electric heating plus wood burner) and Millie's Hut (electric heating). Two well-equipped kitchens, generous open-plan living and dining spaces, plus quieter corners and bedrooms for breakout work or downtime. AV / projector / screen available on request (BYO welcome).

Guest access: Whole-site exclusivity. Guests have private access to all three buildings, the gardens, two hot tubs, fire pit, BBQ and on-site parking for up to 10 cars. Self check-in via smart lock. Fast guest Wi-Fi throughout (network: TollgateFarmGuest).

Interaction with guests: We're a family-run farm based on-site, so help is always close at hand. You'll be welcomed on arrival with a quick orientation of the buildings, hot tubs, parking and waste areas, then left to enjoy the space in privacy. We're reachable throughout your stay for anything you need — from extra firewood and recommendations for local pubs, restaurants and walks, to arranging optional extras such as catering, breakfast hampers or grocery pre-stocking. For group bookings we're happy to discuss agendas, AV requirements and any additional support in advance so everything is ready when you arrive.

Other details to note: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome by arrangement (no pets in the hot tubs). Please shower before using the hot tubs. Events are welcome, subject to agreement — we're happy to chat through your plans. Commercial photography and filming subject to owner agreement. Waste sorting on-site: green bin for general rubbish, brown bin for recycling, black and orange caddy for food waste, and a green tray for paper and card. Tollgate Farm is a working family-run farm in the village of Staplehurst, Kent (TN17 3NX).
