It is a beautiful property, in an amazing location. What’s lacking is the small and intuitive amenities that excellent resorts have. They are small like lemon ice water in the lobby, washroom in or very close to the lobby and handicap automatic doors to access the room hallways. Once again, these are very small things but are important to take a top-notch resort from great to excellent.

Matched our hopes and exceeded expectations

Had been a little concerned about some less than great reviews about dining in the Nima …..well. We were more than happy. Excellently cooked(rare) steak and bison short ribs for us. The accompanying vegetables were so well cooked that this may have been the first time I had to leave ribeye because I needed room for the heritage carrots and garlic potatoes. No desserts for us but a great unknown to us Pinot noir from a crestón winery. NOT inexpensive mains but great and well served in a wonderful window table. We’d come back on the next road trip. Room was ok too. Front grounds stunning.

The sauna and steam room were not operational as this is why we went there to relax aching bones and muscle issues with our group of three persons. (Didn’t find out until arrival that was not working) The food at casino resturaunt was terrible. Being going there for over 20yrs, this was the worst. I never complain, but something has changed for the worse at St Eugene

St eugene is very magnificent looking. The grounds look wonderful We enjoyed the pool and hottub and the casino and lounge dining. Staff were friendly but some did not have info on current things Some things seemed inconvienient. Golf couse club house no access until 11:30? So no breakfast or coffee available Each floor did not have vending or ice machines available Our room had a AC unit that needed repair it was not working correctly thru the nite and it was 33 day 23 at nite

The rooms are very nice, everything is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. A beautiful spot to be in a cool summer morning. The casino is clean and bright. As a golfer we loved the immaculate maintained course.

Dissatisfaction with had two drinks in the casino charged them to my room and they added a $15 resort fee on the cost of the two drinks which is absurd. Asked about it and no one had the decency to get back to me
