We had a large room with 2 beds and two bathroom sinks. On weekdays we could choose breakfast from a menu and have it served. Weekends had hot continental breakfast.

Quick stop!

We stayed for one night when passing through town. Price was right, breakfast was included and there was a pool and hot tub. Dog friendly and only charged us $20 to add the pup. Room wasn't dirty, but the building is old, overall great value.

If you need a budget hotel, this will do. But be warned, it has not be updated since probably 1982. Carpets are stained and need to be stretched, breakfast is cold, beds probably the same beds since 1982 as well. Staff is not friendly. Towels were stained.

I booked this hotel for my 87 year old dad as he had a hospital appointment for an MRI in Cranbrook and he did not want to drive home in the dark. He had the MRI 3 hours earlier than it was scheduled so he went back to the hotel and said that he did not need the room because he could still drive home in the daylight. There were 3 people lined up behind him looking for a room but the hotel still charged him the full price. This was always out go to hotel in Cranbrook but not any more. Both I and my dad were quit upset and will never go back there and will make sure to let all out friends that frequently stay there to stay away. Not good for a business.

It's an older property but well-kept inside, comfortable, and clean. Any staff that I interacted with were great, I enjoyed being able to use the pool & hot tub, and I really enjoyed my dinner in the lounge. Likewise, the breakfast next morning was ample & tasty. The only real recommendation I'd make is that the parking lot could really do with a new surface, and I noticed people wandering through the lot looking for cigarette butts outside. Beyond that I thought it was great & would happily stay again on my next visit.

In general the property sermex to dhow signs of wear and being outdated. Breskfast buffet had eeadinabld selection, however. the saussges were shriveked with no taste.

The rooms were registered clean when actually they were filthy, we came across one room where the sink wouldn’t work! The other two looked like someone was currently staying there: there were messy sheets and clearly seen beds were not made, used items in the fridge. That goes to show how unprofessional and incompetent the cleaning staff is.
