Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour globalement agrĂ©able Ă lâhĂ©bergement Sayu Ă Cozumel et nous le recommandons. Lâemplacement est idĂ©al, trĂšs prĂšs du centre-ville. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e.
Points positifs : lit King trĂšs confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e rĂ©frigĂ©rateur pratique, grande table extĂ©rieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. Les vĂ©los prĂȘtĂ©s sont agrĂ©ables mais malheureusement seulement 2 fonctionnels, les autres brisĂ©s.
Points Ă amĂ©liorer : il manque plusieurs Ă©lĂ©ments de base dans la cuisine (une seule tasse, peu dâustensiles, pas de planche Ă dĂ©couper). Un rideau dans la chambre serait souhaitable pour plus de noirceur. La terrasse arriĂšre nâest pas amĂ©nagĂ©e (pas de chaises ni table) et les hamacs en place dans le jardin sont peu invitants (sales ou moisis).
Le BBQ annoncĂ© nâĂ©tait pas sur place Ă lâarrivĂ©e, mais les propriĂ©taires ont fourni un modĂšle portatif sur demande, ce qui a Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©. Certaines prises Ă©lectriques fonctionnent mal ou ne tiennent pas bien les fiches, impossibles Ă utiliser.
Un parasol et un lit de plage brisĂ©s sont laissĂ©s dans la cour ; ce type de situation devrait ĂȘtre adressĂ© rapidement dans un hĂ©bergement.
Lâentretien extĂ©rieur pourrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ© (feuilles mortes et allĂ©es couvertes de graines dâarbres) ; nous lâavons fait nous-mĂȘmes Ă quelques reprises pour maintenir lâendroit agrĂ©able.
TrĂšs bel endroit, mais qui gagnerait Ă ĂȘtre mieux Ă©quipĂ© et entretenu.
