Hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We were in Cozumel visiting friends for four days and found Puerto Libre to be in an excellent spot right on the strip. It was far enough away from the cruise ship ports to be quiet yet accessible to all the hotspots. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying here during Carnaval! The parades went right by this hotel. Perfect hotel for that event! Just one piece of advice…do not book the room that says “snack bar view.” The balcony view is blocked by a wall. Other than that this is a wonderful hotel.
