Casa Colonial, Cozumel’s Villa Guava;

Villa Guava is 1 of 4 uniquely designed villas nestled inside a large, lush tropical garden with heated pool, Mexican Pavillion Dining area, Housekeeping, designated SCUBA area with shower, rinse tank & rack, thatched-roofed BBQ area with seating, free parking & wi-fi and more. Our guests love the small, tame free-roaming turtles that inhabit the garden!

Villa Guava consists of two levels. The first level contains a living room, dining room kitchen and half bath. A personal washer and dryer are situated next to your kitchen.
The second level consists of two bedrooms, each with their own private baths. A King-sized bed is in the master bedroom and a queen-sized bed is contained in the second bedroom (for comfortable sleeping arrangements, a portable bed is found in the master closet). Each villa is 1,200 s.f.

Lovely P

Beautiful grounds and pool. We loved seeing the turtles every morning. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is fine and we used the gas BBQ a lot. Local manager was super and helped us with anything we needed. Thanks Casa Colonial!

Lovely little apartments

This is a group of connected apartments all sharing a courtyard and common grounds (no office or anything) just a pool. And outdoor shower and bbq (don’t worry they all have indoor bathrooms and showers too). Beautiful grounds with turtles. Quiet apartments. With everything you need. Not fancy but very well kept. Perfect for our stay. And Alex the on-site manager is fantastic!
