We’ve been coming here for 20+ years and this is the only place we stay. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, close proximity to the main square, nice pool, all keep us coming back year after year. I do wish they would expand their WiFi to make it accessible from the pool and in the rooms though. Overall great place to stay in Cozumel!

This is an expansive resort across the road from the ocean. The pool area is fabulous. There are daily activities and an activities staff. Plenty of chairs. Our balcony provided an ocean view which was wonderful. Beautiful sunsets. The bed is firm. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast buffet included. There's an access tunnel to cross the street.

Property was very clean, but tired, pool was shut down because of algae blooms just before we arrived and then opened back up. Pepe was one of the activity directors! Great! They had free bikes. Rode bikes and walked into town a lot. Breakfast was always good. Need to control the birds better. They would eat your food if you weren’t sitting at the table.

The only complaint I have about the facility was the beds. Sat on concrete pads and were worn out making it feel like you were sleeping on the concrete. Did not have a good nights sleep our entire stay because I was constantly waking up from my body being sore from sleeping on a concrete pad.

We have stayed here 3 times now. Arrived early and could not check in. At check in time lines were very long. Service very slow. When we did check in they gave us 2 double beds when our res clearly said King. Was then told we had to take what’s available to which i refused. Fridges dont work, patio lights are left on regardless till 930pm. You cannot control the light coming into your room and there is no blackout curtains. Birds in buffet food …
