Excellent location. Comfortable condo layout and clean. Each bedroom had an en-suite. Towels and linens were good quality. The patio and small pool were nice but I hardly used them in the August heat. I’m certain they are perfect in cooler conditions. Overall I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Highly recommend this beautiful home

The house is clean, beautiful and close to the supermarket, movies, coffee shop and Islander Restaurant. The owner was so helpful and great at communicating. We loved the property and the pool was an added extra. The house has everything we needed including wifi, towels, appliances, etc. If you are planning a trip to the island, please consider this location.

Great house!

The only reason I give it 4 stars, is 1. the lack of towels, (1 towel per person, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths, no hand towels or paper towels in the kitchen.) 2. The beds are very firm. It could use a thicker pad on it. 3. No hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes with. Other than those things we loved the house!

Such a great place!

We had everything that we needed in this amazing house. The pool was so awesome, although we didn’t use it much because of the beaches. The kitchen is spacious and clean. The bathrooms were spacious with lots of storage. I love all the little “gardens” around the house with the little windows viewing the gardens. Although we were in a busy area, we still had much privacy and felt safe.

Great vacation

A large grocery store is right next-door which is truly awesome however there is a nightclub also next-door which was a bit annoying and sometimes loud. The place itself was beautiful clean and they were very attentive to any of our needs. The only disappointment to us was that with the way the property is set up we didn’t get much direct sunshine during the day for suntanning and the front area opens onto a busy street and isn’t completely blocked off from it by the open cinder blocks so it made it a bit loud. This was an also an awesome place to stay for two couples good

Escapade plongée Cozumel

Logement proche du centre, accessible rapidement à pied. Il donne sur une grande surface et l entrée du parking, mais une fois à l intérieur, on oublie, c est agréable, vaste et spacieux, par contre le petit jardin extérieur est moins cosy, avec cette vue sur l entrée du parking et le bruit associé. Au global, bonne expérience.
