We needed a place near the Clinique Médicale, location and restaurants are good, price and service are ok for what we needed, compared to other hotels at Cowansville.

Place is a mess , mold on the ceiling in the bathroom , shower curtain was full of mold and smelled like urine , floors where a mess. Do yourself a big favor , stay somewhere else.

Would have been a perfectly fine stay - it’s quiet, the few staff we encountered were polite - if not for the fact that our room absolutely reeked of cigarettes from the previous guest. The smell never went away, even with the window open and the fan on all night. We had a wedding to go to so we didn’t get in until after midnight and by then the staff was gone from the front desk. Even at the decent price we paid we were very disappointed. I would not stay here again.

I’ve paid 243$ to stay at this hotel for 2 nights, when I arrived… let’s just say this is nothing compared to pictures they put on display on Expedia. When I tell you pictures are deceiving, THEY ARE DECIEVING. First of all let me tell you about the size of the room, in the picture it appeared to look spacious when I was there it was small in cluding the bed. The room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and it was proven until I looked into the dresser and there was dust that was accumulated. The window has bunch of dead bugs and the hangers they provided look bent. The paint job looks horrendous and rushed. There is tape on the AC holding its dear life. The only decent part about this room was the bathroom but still looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. I also I need to add there’s no 24hr receptionist. I’m very disappointed and I would not recommend it.

For the price the hotel served it purpose but its not the ritz Carlton. The bed were actually comfortable. The front desk person didn't speak french for me no issues however they should be at least bilingual. It would need renovations we see that little by little they are renovating. But overall not bad. I would recommend

This place need Reno and more cleaning

Really old place, old yellow wallpaper, visible paint touch up, the hook behind the bathroom door was ripped left the whole in the door and I find 2 stains marks in the sheets :/ absolutely not recommend this place

Great renovated little hotel. Room was super clean and quiet. Was there for a festival and the hotel was perfectly located for that. Aside from that there isn’t anything to do in Cowansville.
