The only thing i can say that is good about this hotel is their staff. They knew they were horribly understaffed and fighting, but they werealways pleasant.
Now the bad.....took an hour to check in, put in wrong room at first, then they couldn't figure how to change it even tho i was able to show i hadbooked 2 queens not a king. The room was not clean, one walk across the floor in new socks and they were blackened and had hair on them. Blech! There were stains on the bed, the fridge was dirty, only a half roll of toilet paper, tub was chipped, and hair in sink. Also, at 350 bucks a night, id like to see a microwave and a suitcase holder in room.
A large portion of our group found out on Saturday morning (of a thurs-sun stay) that the hotel had double booked them with wedding people and they were booted to a hotel several miles away via EMAIL! Our even was AT THE HOTEL! Now....about that wedding... Saturday night at 9 pm they started blasting music to the point i could see my curtains vibrating in the room 2 stories up! This went on until after midnight....i felt sso sorry for the bleary eyed pilots i talked to the next morning at 5 am who had to OPERATE AN AIRCRAFT!
And expect nothing for your Marriott rewards membership here....
Marriott can do better....
