I mile from Statelineboat ramp and also state park ramp. Brand new construction. Built in 2023. We have 4 cabins for rent on 10 wooded acres. Huge shared boat storage (5 total bays). 60” tv in living room, 42” tv in master. Long front porch for watching squirrels and sometimes deer. Fire pit next to boat storage. New grill on porch. Full kitchen no dishwasher. No internet/wifi available however cell reception is good. Washer/dryer and laundry soap. 3 mins from grocery.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned cabin. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

Great cabin and location

The cabin is awesome. Location is convenient to Pickwick Landing State Park and another boat ramp down the street. The cabin is clean and very nice. Parking for boats is exceptional either at the cabin or under the provided shelter. The only downside we had was we needed more cookware and utensils for cooking in the cabin for 4 people.
