Everything was perfect at Hampton Inn, Cottonwood, Az. The front desk staff was helpful with whatever we were looking for. The room was clean and neat. The complimentary breakfast had everything you could want. The room temperature was anything we wanted it to be. It was very easy to make it hot or cold.

Hotel is great. Couple things you should know. The guy at the front desk at 10pm was amazing! Super friendly, smiles, talks to you. The pillows are ok. My biggest pet peeve with almost every hotel, the shower head. Its awful. Why cant hotels just have a normal shower head that doesnt have 2 settings and they both spray out water like you have your thumb covering the hole to a hose.

Our 3 day mini vacation was wonderful the staff at hotel friendly and extremely helpful. They gave some advice on restaurants. Which turned out to be fantastic. Visited with manager before we left. She very to open ideas and encouraged us some critique the hotel. But there was nothing to critique. We stay at a lot of Hampton Inns and ranks Among the top. We especially like the location which was close enough to Sedona to enjoy its magical beauty, yet far enough away where we didn’t have to fight the traffic. We definitely will return.
