This cute historic and newly remodeled cottage is situated in Old Town Cottonwood. The cottage home is very quaint and quiet. It was ready to access, and the owner was very responsive. There is trail access immediately out the front of the property. The trails go all the way to Dead Horse Ranch State Park. This cottage home was definitely a great find.

The host named this home perfectly: it is cozy, historic, and perfectly located to enjoy Cottonwood. You can not only stroll easily to old town, but also visit Dead Horse Ranch state park, Tuzigoot National Monument, the foothills of the Mingus mountains, and, of course, the trails along the Verde river.This is a very comfy place with everything we needed. And did I mention the original artwork?
