An Ampezzo-style mountain apartment in a quiet building with ample outdoor green space, just a 5-minute walk from Viale Italia, Cortina’s main pedestrian boulevard. Private covered parking space and an additional outdoor parking spot for your guests.
Features a new open-concept kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 bunk beds), and a bathroom with a tub and shower. Surrounded by two spacious terraces where you can dine al fresco, sunbathe, and enjoy a stunning view of the legendary Tofane and Cinque Torri peaks.
The aerial cableway to the Faloria ski area is accessible by walking down a field, so you can go skiing without even moving your car!!

***We’re currently adding another bathroom and a laundry room, so there’s no washing machine at the moment, but there’s a coin-operated laundromat here:
