The living room has a large window that makes the living area extremely bright and welcoming, with access to a beautiful panoramic balcony.

The kitchen is independent and equipped with everything necessary for cooking, with an electric hob, oven and dishwasher. On the same floor there is a service bathroom with a sink, toilet and a washing machine.

Upstairs is the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms; a double bedroom, a room with two single beds and a room with a raised single bed. All the rooms have large wardrobes. There is also a bathroom with toilet, bidet and bathtub with shower.
