Conveniently located on the beautiful Località Pecol, it's less than 15 minutes walking to reach Corso Italia (750 metres), or literally 2 minutes by car. Also just few minutes driving from Faloria and freccia del Cielo Ski Lifts.



The flat features a nice living area with direct access to an outdoor patio to be enjoyed in both summer and winter.



There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Master bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with bunk beds and one single bed, and a third bedroom with a single bed.



Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities like kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and everything you'll need.

The apartment is on the ground floor and to park the car on the street just outside the entrance door, so access is extremely easy.
