Parking easy. Well lighted next to rooms, but not at fences or periphery. The grounds need more consistent upkeep--picking up debris, small trash (especially cigarette butts) especially on stairs. AC units are noisy. I imagine maintenance of over 50 units is difficult in a highly humid environment, so I don't complain while on site. Rooms are clean, bathroom/shower in good condition. But crickets began to appear somewhat later in my stay. The staff is great, always helpful and easy to work with. Lastly I would recommend a better wifi system. It seemed I had to renew login daily, both phone and laptop, over a several day stay. Again no complaints during my stay, I imagine how difficult it would be to keep wifi traffic under control.

The room I stayed in the air conditioner didn't cool properly. The shower was dirty. The walls were dirty like someone had a dog and they scratched at the door. The pillows were flat. I have stayed here many times before and this is the worst experience Ive had.

The hotel receptionist (female) was sweet and attentive. The male receptionist’s were not. The hotel is clean, but needs a lot of attention. Overall good for the stay.

The pet accommodations were fine they didn't hassle us at all. The floor in the room was pretty dirty when we got there and I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. The plug-ins by the bed didn't work for our phones. The parking lot area was filthy probably pay somebody to go out there at least once a month and clean up the garbage. It was very convenient to go out to Padre Island. The location wasn't bad at all easy to find easy to get to. overall it wasn't bad except for the cockroach in the bathroom that was a little bit unnerving

This hotel is unclean and unsafe and have had many issues. I dont recommend this place at all. Deceitful front desk. Also, many druy addicts around and i believe this hotel has homeless people put their up by the state for the night.

Whatever you do do not go by the picture featuring this motel. For starters, the staff was not very welcoming when we arrived. When we got to the room, the room was not that clean. When we turned on the TV, the screen was damaged so we were unable to see TV. When the TV issue was addressed they offered me a smoking room but due to asthma I had to decline. Furthermore, when checking out I spoke to them again about the TV & was told that they might have to charge me for the damages on the TV even though we didn’t damage it. So whatever you do, don’t stay here at this location.
