We stayed 1 night. We always book based off of reviews and I do not understand how this hotel has great reviews, honestly. I took several pics of everything. The bathroom had mold/mildew, cracked paunt in the tub, rust, and the shower head was absolutely disgusting. The sink faucet also was disgusting and not clean. There were stains on the lampshades, the room smelled like mildew, the ceiling was cracked or the sheetrock was coming apart. The sheets were clean, but there were light stains on one of the bedsheets. The ONLY thing that was great was the lady at guest services! She is absolutely amazing!! We would have stayed elsewhere if it wasnt for the fact that our stay was non-refundable.

The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the extra sitting area. The breakfast had a nice variety (would recommend adding peanut butter). A great experience !!

The bathroom appeared to just been quickly wiped down and not properly cleaned. There were hairs on the hotel products, shower and counter. The breakfast did not have much of a variety or fruit choices other than bananas. Limited options.

The staff worked with us to support our late arrival. The room was clean, nice, and the air conditioner worked great! Breakfast was self-serve with both hot and cold options. The food area was clean and well kept. The staff was great, super sweet and welcoming! We'd definitely stay at this property again. Great choice, great value!

Everything is always great here, but we we bothered by housekeeping too many times. We had discussed everything when we checked in about pating one night but staying two more because University was paying for us to be here. Lady wrote it down, so lack of communication or something, but knocking on door by 9am was ridiculous on a Sunday. Once we told them No and said we were not checking out, I had called front desk already too. Even with this, it is a great place to stay!

The breakfast menu was not very appetizing unless you really liked rubbery omelets, pancakes and waffles. There was no real creamer for the coffee. The parking was fine. There were things that needed to be fixed in the room that could have been taken care of with minimal effort.
