MP102 is a newly remodeled first floor one bedroom beachfront vacation rental condo at The Mayan Princess on Mustang Island, Port Aransas, Texas. All condos at The Mayan Princess are individually owned and offer a unique and personalized experience for guests...definitely not your cookie-cutter home.

Living Area

The living area has a sofa bed, 50" Roku streaming tv, and bunk beds with a privacy door. There is a new floor to ceiling window wall with privacy curtains that leads to the patio, swimming pools, and boardwalk to the beach. There's plenty of seating and room to kick back and relax during your stay at this great Port Aransas beach vacation home.

Kitchen & Dining

MP102 has a fully stocked kitchen and amenities to get your vacation started off right. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and features full size stainless steel appliances and custom counters and cabinets. There is a Keurig coffee maker, so make sure to bring your favorite K-cup pods. There is dining for six with two additional bar stools at the kitchen snack bar.

Primary En-suite

The master en-suite is a true privacy suite with a barn door separating the bedroom from the shower, vanity, and lavatory. It's perfect for the little ones needing naps during the day. There is a comfortable king size bed, large closet space, and 42" wall mounted streaming television. The master en-suite features a large walk-in shower.

Outdoor Areas

As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to property amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler winter months). Also available are water volleyball, a sand pit for beach volleyball, as well as a horseshoe pit.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.
Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.

The Location

Coastal recreation abounds at the beachfront Mayan Princess Resort! Just a short walk to the beach via private boardwalk access. Fishing enthusiasts in your group will find ample opportunities nearby to make the perfect catch. Drive 4 minutes north to Mustang Island State Park to explore the local flora and fauna of the South Texas Coast. Or spend the day visiting the Port Aransas Nature Preserve and Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center (10.5 miles). Tee off at the newly redesigned Palmilla Beach Golf Course (6.7 miles).
